Days for Shipment
If the order isn't a pre-order or a back-order, the item(s) will be shipped within the month in bulk with other orders, due to the distance of the post office. You will be followed up with an email notification sent directly to you that the package has been shipped.
The following shipment date will always be shown at the top of the website.

Packaging
Depending on the item, the more fragile ones get put into boxes, filled with paper or polystyrene for ensured safety. Most items will be safely placed into a bubble mailer. Bubble mailers will apply to most durable merchandise, such as straps, charms, and mouse pads. All packages will contain 'FRAGILE', and 'DO NOT FOLD' stickers on them for added security.
Tracking
Orders are shipped through Chit Chats, and with full tracking for Canada and the US, unless other shipping methods shown during checkout. The tracking number and link will be located in an email notification once your order has been shipped!

Any order made due to a mistake in item
The mistake in item applies to re-ordering only. Once making another order(no price minimum), please contact us, and the refund will be done as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped
Lost packages are not our responsibility, so in fear of your package getting lost, adding full tracking to your order is recommended. If your order is getting shipped to Canada or the US, the package will already contain full tracking unless more shipping methods are shown.
We are a small business, so refunds are not immediately given if simply asked. We will gladly discuss if there is any issue or emergency.
Receiving The Wrong Item
If you have received the wrong item, or an item from your order is missing, another package will be sent to you once we're notified.
You Got My Address Wrong
If we have gotten the shipping address wrong, we will send a brand new package to the correct address, or a full refund if the item is out of stock.
I Added The Wrong Address
If you completed your order adding the wrong shipping address, and it has not yet been shipped, please feel free to notify us through email (janis.tsichlis@gmail.com), and we will gladly change it. We are not held responsible if the order was shipped, and we got no email for the correct address.
Delays
In case of delays of your order, please make sure if the item is a pre-order, or a back-order item. The shipment time estimate will be written in the item description. Otherwise, please feel free to send us an email, or keeping an eye on our Twitter(peechpenku) will show updates in case any delay occurs.
When Is The Release Date for A Pre-Order or Back-Order Item?
The estimated release month is always written in the item's description.
Can I get a warranty?
We allow a warranty of 3 months in case of your purchase getting damaged.
